• Mat will be rolled up for shipping. This may cause some temporary wrinkles on the mat. Just lay it flat on floor and the wrinkles will slowly ease out. 
• Due to material used, the mat comes with PVC smell which will be lighten and disappear as it is aired in open airy area. To speed up the smell removal process, you can try to soak the mat in salt water for 30 minutes, rinse clean and air dry the mat.

When unforeseen incidents happens such as item(s) are damaged through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days upon delivery.

We will arrange replacement if the same product is still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.

If 7 days have gone since your receipt of goods, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
