3littlepicks.com is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. All items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers. In the event that damage occurs in transit, please notify us immediately at ask@3littlepicks.com.
DAMAGE / DEFECT CLAIMS
All damage / defect claims must be made to 3littlepicks within 7 days upon receipt of goods. If 7 days have gone since your receipt of goods, order is deemed to have been received in good condition and unfortunately we are not able to offer any refund or exchange.
To make a damage claim, you need to provide 3littlepicks:
- Photo(s) of damage / defect, waybill, outer packaging carton;
- Order number;
- Damage / defect you noticed;
- Your contact details;
After verification, we will arrange replacement if the same product is still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product or you just don’t quite like the product, don’t be disappointed! You may return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item.
Return Eligibility
Please ensure that your product meets all of the following returnable conditions:
- Within 14 days from the date parcel was delivered;
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- In original packaging / box with all tags, if any;
- The product is not part of Open House Exclusive, Clearance and AS-IS collection;
- All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damages through shipping;
- Returns that are received in unsatisfactory contains or lost in the shipping process will be denied and held responsible by customer.
3LittlePicks reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.
Return Process
- You can return the item to our office at 2 Gambas Crescent #08-24 Nordcom Two, Tower 2, Singapore 747044.
- If your item is eligible for return, you may exchange with similar item or any other item of your choice. You can top up the difference or we will refund the price difference in the form of store credit. If you don’t wish to exchange it with any item in store, we will arrange a refund in the form of store credit that is valid for 3 months for your future purchases.
- If you would like to return directly to our office, make an appointment beforehand.
- If you would like to return via 3rd party logistic service provider, you are responsible for courier charges applicable. Return should be posted with registered postage / courier to ensure delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit code will be emailed to you within 7 working days upon approval of claim.
