Note:

• Each piece comes with different wood grains and colours. Some are in dark brown while some are in light wooden colour. Product is dispatched randomly. 
• This is made of natural acacia wood with no chemical treatment. No warranty against natural crack lines due to the nature of the material used.  
• Suggest to hand wash upon receipt with hot water and air dry it. Then apply a layer of cooking oil or olive oil and leave it to slowly penetrate into the wood. It will make the wood colour into a slightly darker shade but this can effectively reduce the chance of natural wooden crack and prolong the life of the product. Please do not soak the item in water or any other form of liquid for long time or expose the item under direct sunlight for long to prevent deformation or cracking of the item.

When unforeseen incidents happens such as item(s) are damaged through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days upon delivery.

We will arrange replacement if the same product is still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.

If 7 days have gone since your receipt of goods, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
