Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. For enquiry on order related matters, please contact us through Contact Us. We will respond to all enquiries within 1 working day.

 

PRICING:

All our prices for products and shipping are listed in Singapore dollars.

 

PRODUCTS/SERVICES:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Customers are responsible to ensure that orders placed are according to colour, size and quantity they require before checking out. 

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

We accept credit card and GrabPay through our online store or PayNow transfer to our company UEN 53238948D. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

We provide customers based in Singapore 2 options of shipping as below:

 

  1. DELIVERY BY 3rd PARTY LOGISTIC SERVICE PROVIDER

Shipping Rate:

Flat Rate Shipping $5.99 - For orders below $30

Flat Rate Shipping $3.99 - For orders above $30

or totally free if you purchase $100.00 or above in a single order.

 

 Shipping Duration:

We aim to process all orders within 3-4 working days (no order processing during Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays) during nonepeak season. Slight delay can happen during peak season which will be announced separately. We will contact you if any items cannot be processed for any reason. Tracking number will be provided in a shipment email.

 

Mode of Delivery:

We deliver all of our orders in Singapore (except offshore islands) using a courier service. The mode of delivery is at 3littlepick’s full discretion depends on the product(s) size and weight.

 

Delivery Arrangement

  • As delivery is done by 3rd party logistic service provider, we are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific date & time frame.
  • The first courier delivery will be attempted without advance scheduling. If you missed the first delivery, don’t worry. The service provider will contact you and may reschedule a date and time which is conveneint for you.
  • Customer is responsible for redelivery fee if parcel was returned back to 3LittlePicks due to unsuccessful delivery.

 

  1. SELF COLLECTION

You may choose self collection upon placing your order and you will not incur any shipping fee.

Please place your order and proceed to make an appointment at PickerShowroom

 For urgent self-collection, please contact us to check on the best arrangement.

 For international customers, please contact us and we will assist you on your order and provide you with shipping options.

 

WAREHOUSE STORAGE SERVICE:

We regret that we don't provide warehouse storage service. All orders that are not with pre-order picks will be dispatched as soon as we can. Should customer request delay in delivery, we seek your understanding that the particular order is no longer qualified for below return/refund/exchange/cancellation policy.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchased from us. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product or you just don’t quite like the product, don’t be disappointed! You may return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item.

 

All items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers. In the event that damage occurs through delivery or you noted some quality issue that we might have missed out or you received incorrect item, contact us and we would be happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.

 

All damage / defect claims must be made to 3LittlePicks within 7 days upon receipt of product. If 7 days have gone since your receipt of goods, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. To make a damage / defect claim, you need to provide 3LittlePicks:

 

- Photo(s) of the damage / quality issue;

- Brief description of the quality issue you noticed;

- Order No.;

- Your name and contact details.

 

We will arrange replacement product to be sent to you promptly after your claim. If the same design of product is no longer available, we will make a full refund for the damaged or defective product.

 

Return Eligibility

Please ensure that your product meets all of the following returnable conditions:

  • Within 14 days from the date parcel was delivered;
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In original packaging / box with all tags, if any;
  • The product is not part of Open House Exclusive, Clearance and AS-IS collection;
  • All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damages through shipping;
  • Returns that are received in unsatisfactory contains or lost in the shipping process will be denied and held responsible by customer.

3LittlePicks reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.

 

Return Process

  • You can return the item to our office at 2 Gambas Crescent #08-24 Nordcom Two, Tower 2, Singapore 747044.
  • If your item is eligible for return, you may exchange with similar item or any other item of your choice. You can top up the difference or we will refund the price difference. If you don’t wish to exchange it with any item in store, we will arrange a refund in the form of store credit that is valid for 3 months for your future purchases.
  • If you would like to request for return via 3rd party logistic service provider, you are responsible for courier charges applicable. Return should be posted with registered postage / courier to ensure delivery.

 

Refund Amount

As shipping cost is an external cost we incur with logistic service provider, please note that all delivery costs incurred upon order confirmation are not refundable.

 

Change Your Order

If you would like to change your order before it is dispatched out, we will be glad to process it with no additional costs to you.

 

Please do take note that exchnages are only meant for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded to the same method of payment as the original payment.

 

If you would like to exchange for an item with higher price, we will send you a payment request for the price difference. Your order will be dispatched after full payment is received.

 

Unfortunately, you will not be able to exchange your order after you have received an email from us saying “Your order is on its way!”, as your order has been processed and it’s on the way to you! If you still wish to change an item, please refer to return policy for more details.

 

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind after placing an order? No worries! You can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the product (s) you wish to cancel. Refund will be arrange through the same method of payment as the orginal payment.

 

However if you have received an email from us saying “Your order is on its way!”, shipping fee will not be refundable, if there is any. Refer to return policy for more details of returning cancelled product (S).
