Here at 3LittlePicks, we want to make your shopping experience fuss free and with an ease of mind! so we made shipping fuss free too! 

 

We provide flat or tiered flat rate shippings cause we don't believe that shipping should be based on how heavy your order actually is, so don't worry about that and just shop away!  

You are able to place up your orders directly on our online store if you reside in Singapore.

For all other international orders, please contact us directly for a quote on shipping fees. 

 

 For Singapore orders:

  • SHIPPING FEE:

We want to get shipping fee out of your mind that we are keeping it really affordable for everyone at a flat rate! 

Flat Rate Shipping $5.99 - For orders below $30

Flat Rate Shipping $3.99 - For orders above $30

or totally free if you purchase $100.00 or above in a single order.

Express Shipping (Next Working Day) - $15

 

  • SHIPPING DURATION:

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, from Mondays to Fridays. Generally our customers are able to receive their orders within 3-5 days from the day of order confirmation. However, there may be some minor delay in delivery of orders placed during peak season.

Order placed between Friday 12noon to Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (if it is not a Singapore public holiday).

  • DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS:

We use trusted service providers such  J&T Express or Ninja-Van to get your ordered delivered depending on product sizing and weight. 

J&T Express and Ninja-Van delivers parcels from Monday to Saturdays.

 

  • ORDER TRACKING:

All our customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email once the orders are dispatched out. Tracking number will be provided inside the email.

 

  • SELF COLLECTION:

Self collection is available for Singapore orders now! If you would like to self collect your order, please select local pickup when checking out your order. All self collection is to be done at PickerShowroom

PickersShowroom is located at 2 Gambas Crescent #08-24, Nordcom 2, Tower 2 Singapore 757044.

Available slots are from Monday - Friday, 10am to 5pm. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 

** We do seek your kind understanding that we are unable to arrange meet up of collection outside of our office premises. 

 

  • DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

We put in effort in checking all items before shipping and provide ample protective packing materials for all orders. However unforeseen incidents do happen at times. 

If the item(s) are damaged through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within three (3) days upon delivery.

We will contact you and request photos to confirm that the item(s) are damaged, faulty or wrong item(s). Once confirmed, we will arrange replacement of item to be sent if same product is still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.

 

For International orders from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand & Hong Kong

  • SHIPPING FEE:

Please contact us with your intended shopping cart & your shipping address, we will get back to you on shipping options for your consideration before proceeding with the order.

* All international shipping rate excludes any potential customs duties, taxes and other relevant government charges. Customers are responsible to pay these fees directly to the delivery service provider.

We have a wide range of international courier providers from DHL to Fedex. We will pick the most efficient service courier to get your parcel to you.

No self collection is currently available for our international customers.

Special Notice

Do note that shipping charges may change as and when due to special events that we may be running concurrently in store. The system will always be reflecting the latest shipping/delivery charges.
